I've gone through (most of) my friends list, and if we never read or commented on each other's LJ, then you've been removed from my list (please be sure to remove me from yours, as well). It's nothing personal, we just never read each others' entries here or just didn't get along all that well (in this case, I guess it is a tad bit personal, eh?).
